I’ve uploaded some additional phonics and reading activities below for Year 1.
Activity 1 – Ask your child to read each word. The words with the pictures of the aliens are made up words. The words without a picture of an alien are real words. (There are 8 pages on this activity)

Activity 2 – Ask you child to read the sentences. Ask them to sound out each word slowly. Practice reading the sentences a few times until they are confident. (There are 5 pages on this activity)
