Mrs Megson organised for Key Stage 2 to have a virtual visit from Katie and Kevin Tsang, the author’s of a great new series of books based around Dragons. They read a few extracts from their first book, Dragon Mountain, introduced us to the characters from the series (including the dragons) and even shared some ideas of how to create our own dragons. The children absolutely loved it and afterwards we were given the opportunity to ask some questions. The session ended with the organiser of the event asking if the children would like to design their own dragons for the chance to win a copy of Dragon Mountain and latest book Dragon Legend. As you can see from the pictures below, the children jumped at the chance and the results were fantastic!
