Year 4 had a wonderful day out at Reddish Vale Country Park on Wednesday. Although it was incredibly hot, all the children were super stars and stayed in the shade whenever necessary. We had a great time using our spotter sheets and finding the wildlife and plants that are native to our country as well as investigating some of their habitats. We found quite a few frogs and newts due to the heavy rain that had fallen on the previous night and that caused great excitement. We finished off our trip with a well earned visit to the ice-lolly shop!
